About me
I was a midwife for twenty years. Not the kind that manages birth from behind a protocol — the kind that worked from pure autonomy, no institutional cover, no alternative or spiritual framing. Just forensic clarity about what the body knows when it's left alone to do what it was built to do.That work ended. Not quietly. What I carried from it: twenty years of watching what happens to human beings when the system gets to them early. And what happens when it doesn't.
The Default Human
I have done a lot of inner work across my life. And there are certainly things I picked up that gave me more insight into my own setup. But knowing your setup inside out — knowing why you hurt from certain things, why you respond a certain way, being able to analyse yourself and others — does not actually change the setup. It gives you a mental hold on understanding it. That might be useful. But the next time you lose yourself in an argument, it isn't helpful. The only thing that has ever worked is to address the setup directly. To find why you keep certain programs running — and then to look honestly at what your biggest fear is in letting them go.I call this removal. Not addition.During my own unraveling -which happened across fifteen years and five countries, not in a therapist's office- I discovered something I now also see in the people I work with: there is a human being underneath the pile that is not what I always thought.Humans are not inherently selfish, clingy, narcissistic, depressed, hypocritical, arrogant, dependent, quick to anger, deflated. Those are caused by your set-up; your programs.
Underneath them is something with an openness and a wisdom that comes naturally. A being that evolves naturally, connects without filters, lives truly, feels alive from the inside. A being that accepts each moment as exactly right — whatever their preference might have been. A body that is perhaps 10% utilized now, but with capacities completely undeveloped. Naturally telepathic. Naturally able to perceive beyond what the managed version of reality permits.I have no idea what a human fully inhabiting their own body is capable of. I have never seen it in my lifetime. I have only caught glimpses of what shines through.Fear seems to be the base of everything that stops it coming through. The work is removal. Uncovering what was always already there.
Who lands here
The one who has done everything. You have read the books, done the therapy, attended the retreats. You understand your patterns better than most people ever will. And you are still stuck. Not because you haven't worked hard enough — because understanding your cage is not the same as leaving it.
The one who holds space for everyone else. You work with people. You are good at it. But somewhere along the way you became so focused on others that your own foundation quietly starved. You are not looking for more healing language. You are looking for something structural.
The one who sees the system clearly. You know what is managed, what is manufactured, what is not what it claims to be. But resistance has its own exhaustion. Being against something keeps you tethered to it. You are ready for something that doesn't need the system as its reference point.
The one who knows what they are — but can't quite live from it. The understanding is there. The daily reality doesn't always match it. Not because something is wrong with you. Because knowing and embodying are different things.
Where to find the work
The framework lives across several platforms — find the one that fits how you move:
Substack — long form writing, the full arguments. I don't write to teach a philosophy. I write to discover the principles that become visible when life is observed without turning away.
YouTube — shorts and long content; the managed reality, sovereign parenting, mirroring, programs explained.
Instagram / TikTok / Facebook — short form, daily.
Discord — Community, possibility for conversation, direct contact. Still in start up phase.
Work directly with me
One session. Two hours. €120.Not coaching. Not therapy. A chance to look directly at your own setup — what's running, what's keeping it in place, and what removal might actually look like for you.
Where this is going
The Farm — Värmland, SwedenOnline works for content. For the actual work — the kind that moves something structural — I have always found that physical presence is in a different category entirely.
A group of people on land, eating together, walking together, doing real things with their hands, sleeping in the same place, having group sessions with enormous power— that creates a container that a Zoom call simply cannot. So the next step is a large yurt on a remote section of a farm in Värmland, Sweden. Small groups — maximum 12.
People come and stay. Walks in the area, a lake to swim in, forest to forage in, animals to work with, a vegetable garden. Fresh meals cooked by my family. And group sessions that change your life.No performance. No schedule designed to keep you busy. Just the work, the land, and enough time for something real to happen. This is being built. If it calls you, stay close.Leave your email and I'll write to you once — when the land is ready for people to come.
